All of our metal signs are custom made to order. Because each piece is personalized and handcrafted, production and shipping times may vary slightly depending on demand and destination.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
• During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
• Custom designs may require additional processing time depending on complexity and approval.

Shipping Time Estimates

United States: 5–10 business days
Canada: 7–15 business days
International Orders: 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
• Customs processing
• Weather conditions
• Carrier delays
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
• High holiday shipping volumes
• Events outside our control

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Customs & Import Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us lifearts007@gmail.com with in 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date. We will work with our production and shipping partners to help resolve the issue whenever possible.
