Return & Refund Policy
Because each metal sign is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.
Please make sure all personalization details, pet names, size, color, and shipping information are correct before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lifearts007@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Clear photos of the packaging
• A description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will work with our production partner to offer a replacement or resolution when eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized/custom-made metal signs cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We also cannot accept returns or refunds due to:
• Customer ordering the wrong size, color, or design
• Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
• Change of mind after production has started
• Minor color differences due to screen display settings
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started yet.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
