A: Processing usually takes 3-7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery time is typically 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Q: How long does it take to create a custom design?
A: Custom designs may require an additional 1-2 business days depending on the time needed for design confirmation from your side.
Q: How do custom orders work?
A: 1. Your order is placed.
2. We create your custom design based on your pet photo and additional requirements.
3. We send you the design for approval.
4. Revisions are made if needed.
5. You confirm the final design.
6. We manufacture your custom order, carefully prepare it, and ship it to you.
Q: What material are the signs made from?
A: Our signs are crafted from premium 18-gauge powder-coated steel designed for both indoor and outdoor display.
Q: Can I upload my own pet photo?
A: Yes! Simply upload your favorite pet photo when placing your order.
Q: What about customs fees and taxes?
A: All prices already include coverage for customs fees and taxes whenever applicable. If you are unexpectedly charged additional fees, please contact us and we will assist you.
Q: What happens if my order arrives damaged?
A: No worries! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with our production partner to provide a replacement when eligible.
Q: Do you ship to the USA?
Yes! We ship to all 48 mainland US states. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship metal signs internationally. Our products are available for delivery within the mainland US only.
Q: Why can't you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or other US territories?
Our metal signs are fulfilled by our production partner and are currently limited to mainland US delivery only due to carrier restrictions.
Q: Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to your email automatically.
